All Monica Roccaforte Clips

eggplant, and cheese york


The other day I roasted some eggplant to put them in salads and as I left over and ; at home do not throw anything, because I invented a comidita. I must say the results surprised everyone. Building
some things in her home and mixing here and there, the end came this rich cake.

Ingredients:
- slices of crustless bread
- 3 eggs
- grilled eggplant strips
- half a glass of milk
-
ham - sliced \u200b\u200bgouda cheese
- salt and pepper
- caramel

Preparation:
I used normal white bread, which I took off the edges. Beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper. In a deep pan put a dash of caramel, which spread across the bottom. We dip the bread slices in egg and put a first coat, settling and starting to coat the slices without leaving any gap.
put bread on top of a layer of eggplant, stretched across the surface, on top of another layer of eggplant and the soaked bread, slices of ham and cheese. Put the last layer of bread dipped in egg and milk and if we egg on something, we pour it over the cake.

I got the microwave peak power for 10 minutes. Served with a dash of tomato sauce.
can eat hot or cold, but I like templadito.
