This tart in addition to being delicious, is made in a moment, with few ingredients and very easy to perform.
This past Christmas I did not much mind to anything but a good friend Marietta, told me to cheer and make it, sure we would like. At the end I ignored him and Reyes took her for dessert. We loved them all. His has 2 eggs and does not gel.
The penalty is not to have saved some nougat tablets to make from time to time.
Ingredients:
- a packet of sponge fingers (the crushed cuddly)
- a soft one tablet
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 2 cartons of whipping cream
200cc - half a glass of milk
- chocolate sprinkles
Preparation:
First we soak in cold water gelatin sheets moisturize. Crumble the almond paste with tablet fingers and put the milk in a saucepan with a dash of cream. Incorporate nougat and move until it flakes with milk (always remain pieces of almonds) add one to one the gelatine leaves and stir. Turn off heat and let cool.
Now whip the cream, in my case in a blender (if you have a little machine best for you)
Let the assembly of the cake. We at the bottom of the pan with a layer of biscuits dipped in milk, but only back and forth as the lady fingers soften quickly.
